#asktheexperts My baby is 1 year old .. can I start cow milk for him ... please give your opinion which milk is best either cow or buffalo??

A. hi yes, you can start giving cow's milk I would suggest to give cow's A2 milk it is more safe and easily digestible compared to Buffalo milk
