ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. then give him fruits and plenty of water.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

It Probably could be constipation you should get a check with your doctor the doctor can advise you with the right laxative you should give to the child for the time being that will definitely help a lot in dealing with this issue but you will have to take a doctors opinion for that
