More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this

Hi See the child is only two months old as of now don’t try to do anything wait for some more time if you see that the issue is increasing not subsiding by the age of six months then you can take an advice from your doctor because without proper assessment I will not be able to give you correct titles
