I cannot suggest medicines to you Maam I can suggest you the home remedies which are very good for you to do one is to give steam to the child directly and nebulising second is that you can massage the back and chest with warm mustard oil with rock salt and do hot compress and third is to give ginger juice and honey with a pinch of black pepper 3 to 4 times in the day
