RashmiMom of a 11 yr 4 m old girl2 weeks agoA. For home remedy you can start nebulising the child you can give steam indirectly and also you can give ginger juice mixed with honey with a pinch of black pepper 3 times in the day along with that for fever I recommend you to Crocin DS to the child which is a good strong medicine to control fever
