#asktheexperts my baby is having cough and cold from 5 days.. though i am giving her prescribed medication but is there something i can help her through home remedies.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. generally it will take one week to subside continue to use the medicines ok ccold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby

Complete the course of medication as prescribed by your doctor. Continue to exclusively breastfeed until 6 months completion. Good luck and take care
