ExpertDr. Gunjan BawejaPaediatrician3 years agoA. hello give syp zinc 5 ml once a day for the 2 week for loose steam and do steam inhalation with plain water 2 to 3 times a day and of persistent then review once.

Sporolac Can be given to the child for loose motions you can give it about 13 times in a day also continue giving ORS water to the child and zinc supplement should also be started along with that also going to advise you to consult your concerned dDr please
