ExpertDR MINAL ACHARYANutritionist1 day agoA. dear mum , after 6 mth complete begin homefood in soft mash form keep consistency of food like ghee start with single ingredient item like first veg , fruit , rice , dal then khichdi dal rice start 1-2 times a day few teaspoon samefood
