Q.
#asktheexperts my baby is going to complete 5th month on 13th of this month. Since one month his bowel movement has changed. He used to have runny poop 2 to 3 times a day. Since a month I have started giving him colirev to relieve colic, he has started pooping after a gap of 2 to 4 days, also the texture has changed to thicker in consistency. Is this normal or is he constipated?

frequency smell and colour of the stool is not important if the child is not having any complaints and the growth of the child is proper and the consistency of the stool is Semi solid to solid.
meet the doctor if thex child is having complaints and the consistency of the stool is either hard or totally watery
