A. The average age for a baby's first tooth to appear is around 6 months, but it can vary widely. Some babies may have their first tooth come in as early as 3 months or as late as 14 months. Usually, the bottom front teeth (central incisors) are the first to appear, followed by the upper front teeth. However, every child is different, so the order and timing of tooth eruption can vary. If your baby has not had any teeth come in by the time they are 14 months old, it's a good idea to check with the pediatrician to make sure everything is developing normally.
