#asktheexperts My baby is fussy eater since she started solids. She is 2.8 years old. She says no for every meal be it lunch or dinner. She refuses paratha also. How do i ensure that she eats her meal. She eats fruits happily.

Namaste Mom, Avoid giving too many options to the child as well, otherwise they would always prefer choices and would be hectic and they never learn to have regular foods, once a while try to change the form of the food, so instead of giving roti with a katori of vegetable or dals, you could probably prefer to give them cooked dal kneaded dough and make paranthas in varied shapes, or cut them into bite size

A. Look for giving different options to the child probably your child is having its pre-molar which is why this could be the situation to try to give different varieties and options which is more tangy and taste hopefully that should be helpful for you
