#asktheexperts My baby is five months old.. delivered by cesarean section. can I start the exercises for weight loss now. Pls suggest how to follow for weight loss and tummy toning

A. hello. you can start exercise routine after 6 month. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, havecsnall meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour.

A. Once you recover fully consult your gynecologist and if you get a green signal from the doctor after examination then you can start doing some light exercise initially like yoga walking etc gradually make it more intense and can do cycling aerobics jogging swimming etc also have a healthy diet avoid fried junk spicy gassy food
