A. To combat discomfort caused by gases in the babies you need to burp them properly post every feeding session, give few minutes of tummy time regularly to release out the gases. You can also give gastica drops or Himalaya bonnisan dropsConsult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation

A. Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early introduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. proper burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparjiations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial. Also colicaid drops can be given.
