Bonnisan you can get five drops of the child it seems like a child is crying due to evening COLIC which is basically severe stomach pain with which kids cry every day at the same time can keep this medicine handy as SOS and can use it four times in the day and every day and if the child is not having motion but if your child is comfortable don’t worry otherwise use a suppository
