#asktheexperts My baby is becoming thin day by day she is exclusively breastfeed and my flow is so heavy that it is leaking every time..baby is happy and well fed...but she is not gaining weight

it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months
start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or A to Z drops consulting your pediatrician
