Could very possibly be because of colic pain as such which occurs when the baby is unable to pass gas and due to this it causes pain and discomfort as such

It is important to burp your baby after every feeding session. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy in such situations. Consult your doctor for further guidance. Good luck and take care.
