Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is about to turn five months old, and we put him to sleep swaddled. We are worried that if we don't swaddle him, he won't sleep for more than an hour. Until what age can we continue swaddling him for sleep?

A. Hello! You should swaddle the baby only till the age when they are unable to move over the tummy. After that you have to stop. It is important to ensure that your child has to develop the flexibility of the legs and muscles and their growth. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil
