#asktheexperts my baby is about to turn 7 months and he is having a nose block issue every night which keeps him waking up again and again. we use AC at 28 temp and fan at speed 1 still he suffers a lot. please suggest what to do.

A. Put nasal drops into the nose of your child which you can repeat every 4 to 6 hours and also you can put a pillow under the head of the child put your child to sleep in elevated position it will be easier for them to breathe better
