#asktheexperts my baby is 9 months old. i had 70 kg in delivery time but within 9 months its losses as 53 kg. my tyrroid is normal. what should i do to maintain my weight still breast feeding. my height is 160 cm

But mam if everything is normal and you have lost a good amount of weight that is that is very very healthy for you so continue to maintain a healthy weight gain try to include more of proteins into your diet that is going to help in increasing the weight and if you want to increase it more try and have more of carbs and fats in your diet
