#asktheexperts My baby is 9 months old. He is denying to take any kind of food. He spit out all food whatever I kept in his mouth. what can i do? How can i start feeding him. He is on breastfeeding.

prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables.
offer more liquid and fruits.
try to give everything in form of purees

some babies they take time to adjust to solid food.so no need to worry.
Keep trying.
Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food.
Make eating fun to encourage baby to eat.
If ur baby is rejecting one food offer the other variety of food.
