#asktheexperts my baby is 8 month she is not eating much she needs taste like family food, how to boost her immunity through foods she hates sweet food items

A. Hi, firstly avoid using sugar and salt. Avoid salt honey, citric fruits, dry fruits, cow milk until baby completes one year. 8 AM-ragi porridge 12 PM-any vegetable purée 4 PM-any fruit purée 8 PM-rice and dal porridge. In between this give a gap of two hours and breastfeed, fresh fruit juice made at home without sugar and salt.
