Baby can now be given semi solid and mashed consistency foods , introduce one food at a time and alter with your feed.
you could probably prefer to give foods such as steamed vegetables , soups, fresh fruit , ragi, suji porridge, home made cerelac mix, kichidi, , curds, ghee etc
