Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy6 months agoA. Hello good evening !! For constipation do tummy massage with warm castor oil or coconut oil gently massage for 5 minutes this works instantly . Include fibre rich foods - Papaya puriee/mash, boiled and mashed apple,carrot,potato,moongdal kichdi,cerelac giving more water,fluids helps in avoiding constipation.
