Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Exclusively breast fed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the babies is healthy and active, not showing any discomfort symptoms. Consult your doctor for further guidance.
