Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 6 months old now ...I have to start feeding him one cereal diet as suggested by his pediatrician..can I give him some water to drink ,if yes, how much?

A. yes, you can start giving water, giving him a few sips of water with the help of spoon, couple of times a day (no more than 1 ounces per day.) z .

A. As a child has completed 6 months definitely you can give water to the child to digest the food which is very important as your child is already having breast milk of formula milk which contains water in it so too much of water is not required you can give three or four ounces of water in a day
