ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear mum, avoid giving commercially available packaged foods like cerelac as they are not as healthy as homemade foods. For convenience and quick cooking you can give homemade cereal pulse premix or homemade cerelac.

Both All good you can go ahead with Eddie if you know the proper recipe to prepare it at home that you can definitely go ahead with that it is quite as the freshly prepared at home so you know what are you putting into it so that is definitely a better choice
