#asktheexperts my baby is 6 months old and i breastfeed her only 5 months and want to start again please suggest it’s possible or safe for baby ?

U Can try if it works for you nothing like it you can start taking help of lactation supplements have good amount of water in liquid into your daily diet fibre rich diet should be there in proteins are very important if you increase your breast feeding with that then you can definitely go ahead with feeding the child
