#asktheexperts my baby is 6 months old and I breast feed her ...i take one paratha for my breakfast daily at 8 or 8.30am but still I feel dizziness then i have milk or poha or upma around 11am. what may be the cause ? I have hypothyroidism.

It Maybe your hunger because you’re breastfeeding your child and you may be producing good amount so all your nutrition is taken by your child which is why it is very important for you to eat properly and you will be feeling dizziness because of less ETA it is basically not considered with you can get it checked with your doctor ones to have clarity about it
