You can give the baby steamed vegetables or soups , fresh fruit pulps or puree, also you can give ragi or suji or multigrain Porridge , kichidi, ghee, curds etc
Babies almost double their birth weight by the age of 4 to 6 months and then triple by the age of 1 year.

then dal-rice with vegetables, veg khichadi, soft mashed fruits, curd, paneer.
consistency of food should be like that of ghee
avoid water thin foods like thin dals and rice water, soups. Squeeze lemon in baby's food for iron absorption.
Add ghee to baby's food.
start with 3-4 tsp and then about half katori per meal about 2 to 3 meals per day.
give 1 food for about 3-6 days for baby to accept and to see how baby tolerates it then introduce another new food.
