#asktheexperts My baby is 5month now and I still have bearable pain in my c sec, do I need to worry and how long i need to take iron and vitamin.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. normally the pain goes away by more than 90% by three months of age so if it is more it is advisable that you should meet again your doctor to confirm whether there is any other problem or not

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
