Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 5 month old ..till now i feed breastmilk but I feel it's not enough for him..shall I give formula milk in addition? if yes suggest me one good formula milk brand.

A. dear mum, no, you should not give formula. you should continue to exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining adequate weight at least 500 grams per month then it indicates that feeding is sufficient.
