#asktheexperts my baby is 5 month 26 days old, she is rolling over and can sit with head mildly wobbling when kept on lap, however independently she can’t sit with support. Should i start with solids at 6 months?

A. Hello mama once ur baby completes six months then u can start with Cerelac, daal ka pani ,ripe banana ,apple puree etc as the first food. Secondly Babies they start to sit independently around 8-9 months
