#asktheexperts my baby is 4month,he did ४times पॉटीas green yellow.he is also light fever warm body temperature,plz tell me reason for these situation ,is suffering from cold or teething .solve my problem

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.c
and you can also do cold sponging of the bodyb if required
