Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Green colour Motion is normally seen in babies and mostly it may be due to less feeding or formula milk feeding babies. If gfit is associated with mucous and foul smell in motion than there could be some infection.

If The child has been formula fed along with breastfeeding then green colour motion is considered absolutely normal and common at that level and if your child is not having formula feeding yet the motion is green every now and then then that would be an indication for stomach infection
