Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 4 months old. He has eczema since birth. I am giving mix of formula feed and breastmilk. How can I find trigger?

A. hi well ,eczema can be caused by many reasons lit genetics , allergy hay fever etc so to prevent it ,you should be careful and take necessary precautions like : 1.it is essential to have a clean , bright ,dry and Cool atmosphere in the house. I would suggest to use Babyhug multipurpose cleaner for this. 2.you may use humidifier too 3.soap and detergent should be avoided while bathing your child or Washing your child clothes . immediately after the bath ,a moisturising cream can be applied to skin . but cream should have low percentage of cortisone are available over the counter at pharmaceutical outlets. 4.tight fitting clothes as well as clothes made from synthetics should be avoided. 5 .olive oil is a safe substitute for application over the affected area.
