Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 4 month old ,now i am giving her similac advance stage 1 formulla because my milk is not enough ,I feed her time to time but she mever satisfied.what should i do further continue formulla or can start cow milk

A. Hai good evening !! Until one year+ cow/buffalo/packet milk is not suggested for babies. Feed breast milk or formula milk exclusively for 5 completed months and start semi solids from 6 month onwards. Increase quantity week by week yes babies demands feed frequently every hour, immediately after peeing, pooping . Include rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic, kheema, garlic milk,milk and diary products to improve breastmilk supply.
