#asktheexperts my baby is 4.5 months old on formula feed but he is taking only 500 mL average milk daily. Should I start solid food. His weight is 5.6 kg now

The food can be started after completing the time of six months and if every month your child is gaining 500 g with the feed amount that you are giving to the child then it is healthy only but the food cannot be started before completing the time of six months
