#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months old... today she had a fever but also her eyes are a little bit watery.... is this because of fever or something else... and how I will cure this problem..

A. yes watery eye is because of fever . increase breast milk. Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Hello good evening !! Yes due to fever (raise in temperature) heat watery eyes are common. Consult Paeditrician and use medication as prescribed by your doctor. Give frequent feeds every two hours and on demand breast feed or formula feed. Do sponging (keep wet cloth in forehead, upper body)to avoid raise in temperature avoid bathing until temparature is normal.
