#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months old and is winters here in kolkata. I put diapers for her. please what precautions should be followed while using diapers all day for babies?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. there is no problem in making the child wear diaper throughout the day but the most important thing is that it should not cause skin allergy as welll as you have to change it frequently before urine accumulation causes perianal rash.
you can apply coconut oil before making the child wear diaper which will help in decreasing the chances of rash

better to avoid using diapers for whole day.
although if you are using it , please change it at regular intervals of 2 or 3 hours.
always make sure that the diaper you are using should be well fit ,it should not be too tight.
apply coconut oil on bottom part of your child body which will help to prevent diaper rashes.
