#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months old and I have been having lactonic granuals for last 2 months. can I take lactonic granuals for 6 months or I need to stop it.

A. You can take it for at least six months so that you have proper feeding to feed the child and after that you can stop taking it and then you can shift to your child to another milk that would be a good option because we generally recommend recommended to try and exclusively breastfeed the child for first six months at least
