#asktheexperts My Baby is 3 months nw. I breastfeed him. Bt from last few days there is pin like sensation pain in my left breast after feeding. Pain lasts for 20-25 min. Can i take any pain killer or use a hot water massage.

A. hi. avoid taking pain killers. you may do warm vompress, take warm showers and do breast massage often, it will help you. if no improvement do once condldult your doctor
