Q.

#asktheexperts my baby is 3 months 8 days old . even after feeding full she always tries to keep her hand in her mouth all the time even if I try to divert she ll b distracted for few mins and the again she keeps her hands in mouth . if I put her on somtach she lift her hand and all and plays for few mins then again she keeps her hands . earlier in w months she only tried to turn on her stomach after that once she started keeping her hand on mouth she didn't even turn her on own I only have to turn her on her tummy she is nt doing on her own . how to make my baby turn her on her tummy on her own .how to make her avoid keeping her hands in mouth please suggest .

A. putting fingers in the baby mouth is not a sign of hunger it is only stimulation nothing to worry for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
