#asktheexperts my baby is 3 month old.. he is suffring frm mild hydronephrosis.. during his delivery time left renal pelvis apd was 7.8mm.. doctr suggstd a checkup aftr 3month now apd is 7.6 mm....im worried abt this.. kindly plz give treatment details...

It should be evaluated further to see if there is any underlying cause that is causing it.
Most of the times it will be follow up of child only . But stay in touch with your doctor
