#asktheexperts My baby is 28weeks born on 26th oct 2025. My milk is not sufficient for brestfeeing so pls suggest for increase in milk supply

A. Hey! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Latch your baby well onto your breast and make a good skin contact while you breastfeed. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
