Apply calamine lotion sometimes due to excessive heat in the body or you may have applied some oil on to the face which did not suit can also lead to such small pimples like this so I would advise you to go ahead with applying calamine lotion and don’t apply any oil or cream on the face for the time beingWrite Your Answer Here
