#asktheexperts My baby is 2 yr and her weight gain is very slow and she s refusing food .. suggest me some weight gain food

A. Dear mum, you should give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables including green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods Add ghee to baby’s food. Add dry fruits and nuts to baby’s diet. Around 500 ml of full cream milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Give 5 to 6 meals a day and up to one katori every time.
