#asktheexperts My baby is 2 years 11 month old having weight 11.5 kg what should be his diet..as he is not gaining weight

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl8 months agoA. You should get your child’s haemoglobin level tested as that can be a one big reason for not gaining weight as per the age and also give more of proteins to the child you can include both vegetarian and non-vegetarian protein into the diet regularly
