#asktheexperts my baby is 2 year old.. I am very worry about his diet, he doesn't want to eat anything. please give me some tips

A. Dear mum, young babies have small stomach capacity so give small frequent meals encourage feeding by self and along with the family do not force feed engage child in loving conversations and stories do not bottle feed milk intake should not be more than 500ml this includes Milk products as well. 2 year old child should be given all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
