A. At 2 months old, a baby's ideal weight gain is around 150–200 grams per week. A weight of 3.3 kg is on the lower side, especially if the birth weight was normal. To help your baby gain weight, ensure she is feeding frequently—every 2 to 3 hours, whether it's breast milk or formula. If breastfeeding, make sure she latches well and feeds long enough on each breast. If formula-fed, follow the correct mixing ratio and quantity as per age. Keep your baby warm, clean, and stress-free, as comfort also supports healthy growth. Regular check-ups with the pediatrician are essential to monitor progress and rule out any feeding or health concerns.
