#asktheexperts my baby is 2 months 5 days old...n still m not able to produce milk and thus cant breastfeed him... right now i guess its just 30% he z getting my milk and i have to give him formula milk... i m stressing out these days because of this. kindly suggest me hoe to produce more milk

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is the self confidence of the mother and determination of the mother that is important to feed the baby e if you are having confidence will succeed in getting milk let the baby suck the breast

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy, jeera, saunf in your diet. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Consult a lactation expert for advice. Good luck and take care.
